It is quite something when David Miscavige comes to your Church to officiate at a ceremony. I live in LA, and my friends from Pasadena were completely over the moon that he came. Mr. Miscavige took the time to acknowledge each of them for their work in getting the Church done. This is an incredibly busy man, and for him to make the time to come to these events is impressive in itself. But for him to then stay afterwords and speak to all the staff and the congregation--that really smokes.

So the two churches that opened were the Church of Scientology of Pasadena, and the Church of Scientology of Washington State.

There is a new Scientology Church about to open in Mexico City. It's huge and beautiful with an atrium stretching the whole of the building and a roof-top restaurant/cafe where you can see the entire region of Mexico City while you grab a bit to eat before course.

There is something very unique about a Scientology church, but with the Ideal Church strategy, launched by David Miscavige in 2004 this takes on a completely new dimension.

 This Saturday was the grand opening of the newly renovated Church of Scientology of Los Angeles.  It was  spectacular.

At least 6000 people there. Not a place to park for miles around.

The speeches were so AMAZING.  Hearing David Miscavige was a total treat.  It was great hearing how Sheriff Baca recognizes our community outreach programs have done so much for the city and reducing crime here. 

The building is outrageous!

From the time the earthquake hit in January, Scientology Volunteer Ministers have been active in the relief effort.  They were some of the first volunteers on the ground.  The Church of Scientology sponsored chartered flights to get doctors and nurses down there because so many people were critically injured by the earthquake.

If you saw any of the news coverage on the terrible conditions in the days right after the earthquake you will know what these volunteers had to confront.  It is pretty remarkable the work they did.

Now they are doing a lot of training, and helping in orphanages and IDP camps (Internally Displaced Persons).  Did you know there are estimates of 1.3 million homeless in that country?

Amazing work they're doing.

Wow, what an event that was!  David Miscavige hosting a 3-hour plus overview of the past 25 years' highlights of the the Scientology religion, including legal victories and the humanitarian activities of the Church.  Awesome!

I attended the Maiden Voyage Event last weekend and it was incredible to see how much we've accomplished in the past year.

As usual it was a total treat seeing David Miscavige at the podium. What in incredible speaker. And he certainly has a way of presenting the news that keeps you riveted to every word he says.

I was so excited to see the new ideal org buildings.

And I, for one, am winning so much on studying the Basic Scientology Books and Lectures that it was a treat seeing the success stories of other people who are winning too.

I love the events David Miscavige emcees. I'm sure the rest of the summer of events will be incredible too.

But last year was a great year for me, because in July, I got a set of the new basic Scientology and Dianetics books and lectures, and I've been diligently studying ever since.

This is changing my life.

I am finding that things I have had trouble with forever are starting to resolve for me.

What is so brilliant is that Ron gives you so many tools you can use in life. It's still up to you to use them (and Scientology doesn't work unless you put it to use), but once you do, boy, this stuff really works!
